Evolution 30
The very first Evolution 30 has just been launched, she is to be powered by an Iveco NEF 420hp and produced a top speed of 33 knots.
The flush deck is nearly 16ft and the gunnels have been slimmed down to increase the deck space in relation to the beam. The cabin is to be laid out with facing seats and table for 4 persons that converts into a double bunk, starboard helm with cooker and sink behind. She will have an on deck toilet cubicle with deck access.
Procharter 31
Just launched 23rd of June a Procharter 31 for Watchet powered by an Iveco 370hp.
With 110 gallons of fuel and four people on board the fuel trip computer gave a reading of 31 litres an hour at 16 knots and 40 litres an hour at 20 knots in slack water
The cabin interior has been finished in black laminate with teak edging with a laminate cabin floor to give a low maintenance finish.
Evolution 38
Launched on the 24th July an evolution 38 for Penarth to replace the owners existing Offshore 105, she is powered by a Caterpillar C7 454hp engine and is the first commercial application of a C7 with Twin Disks new MGX gearbox with full electronic shift.
On trials she achieved a speed of 25knots with 250 gallons of fuel, full water tank with 4 persons and all LSA on board.
The cabin has been finished in teak faced marine plywood with teak edging with laminate cabin floor for low maintenance.
We have a new consul mould for this vessel sized for Raymarines C120 and E120 screens.
She is fitted with hot and cold water; the toilet compartment doubles as a shower cubicle.
The capstan system is hydraulic using a long hawse pipe glassed to the inside of the cabin, instead of the usual rollers on the side deck.
Cougar 8M
We moved her into the workshop on the 3rd of August delivered from dpmarine. She is being fitted out for an owner at our local marina at Portishead.
She will be powered by twin 225hp Volvo D4 engines on shafts.
This is the larger cabin version with a on deck toilet, galley and table with seating in the cabin and a double berth in each sponson. Expected launch in late October.
